OCYC Professional Development Workshop Banner - Advocacy and Organizing Community Change/Parent Ecosystem - 11/07/18P.S. 305’s Advocacy & Organizing Fundamentals training covers evidence-based approaches to making a systemic change on social issues, including those of PICO, ABCD Institute, Marshall Ganz, and 50CAN, and 270 Strategies/Obama for America. Leaders and organizations will come away with theoretical frameworks and practical applications for how to develop and implement an advocacy program or integrate advocacy techniques into their current work. This training is highly interactive and builds community amongst participants, in addition to delivering high-quality content.
