Join Me on Saturday Mornings for an Exciting Fitness Journey at Williams Park!

Hey, folks! I wanted to share something incredible happening every Saturday morning this fall that's been making my weekends even more enjoyable. It's all about fitness, fun, and community at Williams Park, and I've been having a blast participating.

Incredible Partnerships for a Healthier Community

Before I dive into the fitness excitement, it's essential to acknowledge the incredible partnerships that have made this all possible. OCYC has joined forces with Urban Health Partnerships (UHP), the Florida Department of Health (DOH), Allegany Franciscan Ministries, and Catalyst Miami. Together, they're bringing FREE HIIT Fitness and Zumba classes to Williams Park every Saturday this fall.

Fit Camp at 9 AM

The day kicks off with an invigorating Fit Camp right at 9 AM. It's not just a workout; it's an experience that gets everyone moving, sweating, and working towards our fitness goals. The best part? It's entirely FREE! You can't beat that.

Zumba at 10 AM

After a fantastic session at Fit Camp, we transition into Zumba at 10 AM. Led by the energetic Max and Paule, this high-energy dance fitness class is suitable for all fitness levels. All you need are comfy sneakers, workout clothes, and a water bottle to keep you hydrated.

Williams Park has become the go-to spot for our fitness journey. It's a beautiful outdoor space, and the sense of community here is amazing.

I can't express enough how much I've enjoyed these Saturday mornings. Not only am I getting healthier and more active, but I've also met wonderful people and made new friends. Plus, the atmosphere is always positive and encouraging.
