The 2026 “I’m the Boss of My Life” Youth Conference: A Movement in Motion

The Overtown Children & Youth Coalition brought together over 400 young leaders from across Miami-Dade for the 2026 I’m the Boss of My Life Youth Conference (ITBOML) — a day built around growth, connection, and purpose. Through powerful conversations, hands-on breakout sessions, and genuine moments of community, these students walked away equipped with the tools and confidence to take ownership of their futures.
